Intelligent Manufacturing Improves Quality – Standardized Production Management for ABS Pump & Vacuum Booster Workshop
The brake system is the core safety guarantee for vehicle driving. As two key brake components, ABS pumps and vacuum brake boosters rely heavily on precision machining and standardized assembly to guarantee brake responsiveness and driving safety. Our company has built an independent closed production workshop dedicated to ABS pumps and vacuum boosters, adopting automated equipment, standardized procedures and multi-stage inspection to form a complete quality control system.
1. Zoned Production Layout for Isolated Process Management
The workshop is divided into four functional areas: precision machining workshop, dust-free assembly workshop, air tightness inspection workshop and finished product aging test workshop.
In the machining area, CNC precision milling is applied to booster housing and ABS valve aluminum blanks to control dimensional tolerance and flatness, preventing air leakage and pressure relief caused by dimensional errors.
The core assembly area adopts Class 10,000 dust-free management. Workers wear anti-dust uniforms to avoid dust contamination inside valve bodies and rubber diaphragms, effectively preventing booster air leakage and ABS valve blockage.
All semi-finished products undergo 100% air tightness pressure test and hydraulic cycle test. Vacuum boosters complete negative pressure holding test, while ABS pumps run dynamic pressure build-up and release simulation road tests.
2. Automated Test Benches Simulate Real Vehicle Working Conditions
Professional comprehensive brake test benches are deployed to simulate daily city braking, continuous high-speed braking and low-temperature harsh working conditions.
For vacuum boosters, inspectors test vacuum suction efficiency, static pressure retention and brake pedal feedback force. For ABS pumps, test items include solenoid valve response, oil circuit tightness and wheel pressure adjustment accuracy. Qualified products are marked with laser traceability codes for full lifecycle tracking from production to delivery.
3. Full Vehicle Coverage for Aftermarket Replacement
Workshop products fit mainstream passenger cars, light-duty and heavy-duty trucks. We supply OE-spec original replacement parts and cost-effective aftermarket repair assemblies. Stable production capacity and strict quality inspection support bulk export orders, OEM vehicle supporting orders and small-batch aftermarket stocking demands flexibly.
Conclusion
Strict workshop production and quality control lay the foundation for reliable brake components. We will upgrade automatic assembly lines and develop new production lines for EV-specific ABS pumps and electronic brake boosters, supplying safe, durable and well-matched core brake components for global clients with solid manufacturing capability.
