Improving Quality & Efficiency: Lean Production Fully Implemented in Brake Component Workshop

  To improve product delivery capacity, stabilize product quality and upgrade customer service experience, our company has comprehensively implemented lean production management in the core production workshop for ABS pumps and vacuum brake boosters recently. We have upgraded production procedures, quality control, on-site management and delivery efficiency to realize standardized, normalized refined operation and strengthen our manufacturing competitiveness.

  As a professional manufacturer of core automotive brake components, product stability, consistency and delivery timeliness are the core concerns of purchasers. We have carried out systematic optimization for the whole production chain of ABS pump assemblies and vacuum boosters. All working procedures including machining, assembly, inspection, warehousing and delivery are refined with clear operation standards, inspection rules and delivery requirements for each post, which effectively reduces production defects and improves finished product qualification rate.

  For on-site management, the workshop fully adopts standardized 5S management. Production line layout and material circulation are optimized to cut material turnover time and invalid work for higher overall productivity. Meanwhile, partition management is applied to the dust-free assembly workshop, precision testing room and finished product aging test area. We avoid adverse factors such as dust, temperature difference and operational error to guarantee sealing performance and braking stability of every ABS pump and vacuum booster.

  In terms of quality management, we built a three-level inspection system including regular sampling inspection, 100% full inspection and finished product recheck after storage. All finished products must pass air tightness test, hydraulic pressure cycle test and simulated road condition performance test before delivery. The products can work stably under complex road conditions, high-low temperature environment and long-time heavy-duty operation, meeting the matching standard of passenger vehicles, commercial vehicle aftermarket replacement and complete vehicle supporting.

  For delivery management, we adjusted production scheduling and warehouse management dynamically according to order demands. Regular models are kept in sufficient stock, and customized orders are delivered on schedule to improve purchasing experience and supply stability for overseas and domestic customers.
