Full-range Brake Parts Production Capacity Expanded, Upgraded One-stop Supply Capacity for Brake Components

  With the growing maintenance demand of global automotive aftermarket, we optimized the whole production lines for all brake parts to satisfy customers’ one-stop purchasing demands. We integrated production procedures of all brake components, breaking the limitation of single-component production, realizing mass delivery covering basic friction parts, chassis brake hardware and electronic brake assemblies.

  The integrated production lines cover comprehensive brake product lines: friction brake series includes brake pads, brake discs, brake drums and brake shoes; hydraulic brake series covers brake calipers, wheel cylinders, master cylinders, brake pipes and brake hoses; core safety assembly series consists of ABS hydraulic units, vacuum brake boosters, brake accumulators and other key products. After centralized planning of multi-category production lines, material sharing rate is improved and production scheduling becomes more flexible. Customers can purchase all brake maintenance accessories for one vehicle in a single order, greatly cutting communication and logistics costs brought by multi-supplier procurement.

  The production workshop carries out zoning management according to component characteristics. High-temperature friction parts are equipped with high-temperature durability test stations; all hydraulic parts pass 100% air tightness and hydraulic impact test; electronic brake assemblies are tested via bench road simulation. All brake parts are labeled with traceability codes after inspection. We launched three product grades including heavy-duty reinforced type, economical replacement type and OE original copy, to match the demand of heavy-duty commercial vehicles, daily commuter passenger cars and engineering special vehicles.

  A special picking area for complete brake orders is built in the warehouse, supporting consolidated shipment for full-container export orders and domestic vehicle maintenance orders. Benefiting from the full-range product matrix, we have signed long-term framework cooperation with multiple domestic and overseas auto parts chain platforms recently.
